I am sure the answer is no. Even the Stillen kit doesn't get the CARB sticker if you buy the tuner one, only if you get the full kit with

I am sure the answer is no. Even the Stillen kit doesn't get the CARB sticker if you buy the tuner one, only if you get the full kit with their canned tune. CARB is very specific.
