When I removed the cooler in the intake manifold I had to loosen the bolts on the intake manifold and tilt it up to allow the cooler to completely slide out. Otherwise it would only slide out a couple of inches before hitting the engine. THIS WAS NOT FUN! There are three bolts under the intake manifold (on the throttle body side, one at the front is easy to see, the one in the middle and other at the back you can barely see if you are at eye level with the engine. Maybe one of those inspection cameras on a wire would be helpful). Stillen provides a wrench with their kit to get to these bolts, but after a few years and the car changing owners blah blah blah I am sure most people do not have this wrench. I had to cut up and re-weld one. Good luck mane, with some perseverance and a lot of cursing stillen's design team you will get it.
