P010C, - 1. Run a new wire between the bank 2 MAF sensor and terminal 79 of the ECM or trace the harness to try to locate the broken wire.
Tech Tips: The wiring diagram does not show a connector between the MAF sensor and the ECM. Bank 2 is the driver's side. The ECM is located behind the right (passenger) side of the dash. P1092 this code is something to do with VVEL CONTROL SHAFT POSITION SENSOR. Did you extend your MAF wires your self and solder them? Or did stillen provide you with new extended maf cables. |
I am going to look and make sure everything is hooked up properly. I am using the stillen maf extention for the drivers side maf. It might be bad.

Well the VVEL code is cleared. Connecter wasn't fully seated. Now just have to figure out the Maf code.

Can you take a pic where it's hitting the frame? I can't even see how it's possible.

Maybe where the tubing goes through the radiator support or where the blower is clocked. Those are the only placesit comes close to metal on the car on mine.

The volute was initially touching right after install and I had to move it up 1/2'-3/4" so it wouldn't hit. There was also a place on the cold side where the pipe came through the engine bay that was leaning against the metal. I put a rubber boot in-between them to try to stop it. Also the strut bar was rubbing on the intake right before the TB's, so I added a little padding.

Ok I can see where it could hit coming in through the shroud.
I snapped a pic of the normal y pipe at the throttle bodies and this design won't hit the sway bar. http://i1070.photobucket.com/albums/...pssuxitiye.jpg And coming through the shroud there's a ton of space. http://i1070.photobucket.com/albums/...pslfwwoggn.jpg |

So is it common for the Stillen Maf extentions to not work?
