Thanks StillenZ84. Any and all help will be appreciated! I'm one of those that over-plans everything I do. Once I get started I want it finished quick and correctly.

So everything is installed and running great! I have started logging for Seb. Cant take it above 1/3 throttle yet but the car feels great. Acceleration seems much smoother as well. I will try to get a video up tonight of everything running. I have to upload to Youtube and all that BS so I can post it here.

I'm glad to hear it!

:happydance: Awesome.....Rep points given. ..can't wait to see more results....

FYI. I gave StillenZ84 that intake pipe for pretty much next to nothing as I had no use for it. It only worked with Speed Density tuning or MAP tuning. The only pipes that will be sold with the kit, like the one I have on my car and the one that went out with the other kit for the G37, will be the crossover style Y-pipe. This can be used for either MAF or SD tuning.

Milkcow500 has the regular Y-pipe and will fit everything up on his G37 soon. He is just waiting on some fuel components before his build starts. He is having a shop do it so once it starts it should only take a day.

I have the piping and all the parts ready to go for install on my G37. Everything should have been done by now, but as TopGunZ mentioned, I'm getting held up on sourcing a fuel return kit.

I will also be going with SD tuning along with SpecialtyZ's external SD sensor kit, so the MAFs won't play a crucial part in my build as well.

I actually didn't know Charles had an account on here. Unfortunately, that is who I'm waiting on. I initially came to him for an S1 kit with a filter added onto it (Highly suggested for E85 conversion by Seb), but we ran into some delayed issues and I know he's a very busy man. It just sucks for me, since my G37 has been sitting in the shop for two weeks (my only daily). Worst case I might just pick up an S1 kit and deal with E85 later in the future.

Here. You can see all the additional equipment you can get with it. Which is pretty cool that this model is customizable.

Then I got the adapter pipe from Ebay. SRE 2 5" Aluminum Turbo Blow Off Valve Adapter Pipe Tial 50mm 2mm Thick | eBay

Topz....just for confirmation, the new design on the kit won't require the purchase of the aforementioned adapter pipe from Ebay right? You will be able to use the Tial or any BPV on the new design?

TopgunZ 04-21-2016 07:45 PM

No. It will come with the flange for a 1" bpv like the bosch or turbosmart. If you want to change to a different one you will need to buy the flange. Just like any kit, I can't supply a variety of flanges. There are hundreds of valves on the market.

What's up with the fuel return kit? I, too, have a G37. I'm supposed to be picking up a Stillen Kit with the V3 blower and upgraded impeller off a 370Z. He has the 8, 9, and 10lb pulleys included.

Anyway, I intend to have the auto trans cooler, oil cooler, CSF radiator, Injector Dynamics 725cc injectors, and a 340lph fuel pump. I currently have UpRev, but will switch to EcuTek. What else do I need? Should I upgrade my spark plugs to GT-R plugs? I'm also having a shop install mine, so I want to have all the parts ready when I drop it off. I probably will go to e85, as I might as well do it all at once and be done with it.

Measure that 10psi pulley and let me know what it is. Id be very careful with that as I have never heard of anyone having one and it might be overspinning your supercharger way too much. The last thing you want is a new kit with a melted unit a week later.

Definitely get the GT-R plugs and if theres even a small chance you will go E-85 then for sure get ID1000's. Those 750's will never be able to keep up.

I just got my situation settled with Charles. I'll be going with a 93 tune for now with the S1 kit and then he'll upgrade my kit later on for e85. He is redesigning his S1 kit, but it will probably take a week or two.

I would have you or your shop reach out to Stillen because you will need some parts to get the 370z kit to fit your g. Like Top said, ID1000 minimum for e85.

Hey Stillenz84, hows the flutter at part throttle with that BPV?
