the Top 10mm Bolt, is it an m6 hex bolt with a Phillip's indent? and how long are they specifically?

Would this fix the retraction on my original seat belts? Basically they don’t retract well anymore. I have to encourage them back in

Yup your retraction assy. is most likely worn out. PITA to get EVO-R to do or ship anything though. I'd look into a low mile and newer part out on Facebook market.
