Maybe headers and exhaust gives you 27 to the wheels? Altho Berk cbe + hfc is rumored to be 36 hp to the wheels, essentially 30rwhp for the combo would be a generous dyno and an initial low baseline...
FAIL. ok, idk where i got 27hp gain from but heres the dyno chart from F.I.
