Fuel Pump Assembly Broke

Thanks guys. It's at 107k, so might just do the entire pump replacement. Cheapest seems to be Partsgeek....or ebay for $25 less https://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/20...fuel_pump.html

These inexpensive replacements are never original in my experience. If you keep the car stock they can probably work for you, though its unlikely the quality as as OEM hence the savings.

If you end up wanting to do fuel system upgrades down the road, they generally are not compatible with any aftermarket upgrades as they are constructed slightly different. They do appear the same at a glance to someone who doesn't work with them regularly, but if you try to upgrade them and follow along instructions online using off the shelf parts, you will quickly realize that you do not have the same unit as everyone else.

So just be aware of that depending on your plans for the vehicle.
Rusty, sx moneypit and redondoaveb like this.

I cant say for certain. I just realized that your link was not for one part, but for several different choices. Some of which claim to be original. But I have no way to know without buying and inspecting.

Get an all OE assy. as the fuel pressure regulator is a component of it as well and ya don't wanna play with leaning out etc. due to a failure with that. Simple search helps as well as ebay.
