So I had the Throttle Bodies cleaned, Seafoam ran through the system, and the MAF's cleaned with specific MAF cleaner. Throttle body cleaner can work but can cause the seal for the MAF to swell so I opted for the latter MAF cleaner. Issue hasn't popped up again since but only time will tell.
