Throttle won't go above 20%

It was purely throttle. I could get the car to red line if I wanted, but it took a while since I couldn't go wide open on the throttle.

My filters are the dry type so this shouldn't be an issue.

I just checked for pending codes and there were 2:

P0101 - Mass Air Flow "A" Circuit Range/Performance
P010B - Mass Air Flow "B" Circuit Range/Performance

So I'll check all the wiring, clean the sensors, and check for leaks in the stillen G3 tubes.
