Best sway bars and endlinks for 370z?

Whiteline only make front ones.

Whiteline most certainly makes rear endlinks. They're garbage. I've got a broken set sitting on a shelf in my garage right now. SPL links will work with any sway bar that I can think of. They won't break, and they cost ~$30 more. It's a no-brainer.

It's very odd. I've ran pretty much the entire Whiteline catalog on other vehicles and been very happy. The endlinks are the first failure I've ever had of one of their parts.

Whats the difference? Thickness? Subis run kart boy solid links. Why not 370's? I could make some steel ones

The threads strip on the whiteline links. I've got a set with the first 3/4" of the threaded part worn smooth. My guess is they use softer steel than they should.

I ran a set of Kartboys on several Subies with no complaints. Before you go to too much effort take a look at the SPL ones. They seem plenty beefy and they're still fairly reasonably priced.

The question would be though, would we need a link that has to move some with the hem joints or whatever they're called or can a solid link be used?

Are the end links upgrade mandatory, must?
I mean can I run the car with stock ones? and for how long?
What about Nismo end links? are they better than the sport model ones?

The adjustable end links are not mandatory. But for corner balancing, they are. Plus if you know what you are doing. You can preload the chassis.

The Nismo end links are just rebadged SPL's with a price increase.

I got it, you meant to achieve almost zero preload.
Is there any DIY or a video explain the same on 370z, using SPL endlinks installation?

Hi Rusty, I have got the front sway and endlinks as well. I will be grateful if you take me thought and explain how to reach zero preload. and if there is any video also that will be useful too.

It's best to have a drive on lift. Makes it' easier to get to the links. If not, a set of ramps will do. Drive up the ramps. The tires CAN NOT be hanging. The cars weight HAS to be on them.

To start. Don't have any links installed in the bars. The other is installed. Drive the car a little to get the suspension to settle in. Drive on the lift or drive up the ramps. Start with the front. Set your first link about half way in it's adjustment range. Install it into the bar. Tighten down. Go to the other side. Adjust that link so that the bolt will slide into the bar easy. It will take a few tries to get it. Once that is done. Now you can install the nut and tighten. Now go to the rear and repeat.


Adjustments made after you do this will effect handling. You can preload the bars to change the handling. If you change the setting on one link. It will have an effect on the opposite corner of the car. For corner balancing. Besides adjusting the spring preload, and spring height. You can fine tune using the end links.
