Rear Camber Kits - Eibach vs SPC vs SPL

At a local shop that sells car parts, I was told that SPC = Eibach and is the better option compared to SPL (small company?) when it comes to rear camber kits for the 370z.

However, the forum consensus is that SPL is the better quality and is the way to go. I don't know what to believe or which to purchase. I'm not sure if this is all i need to bring it back to factory specs either, with a 1.5in KWV3 drop, or if I will need to get a kit for the front as well.

Thoughts on this?

SPL arms are for sure a higher quality arm - and they also have spherical bearings instead of the rubber ones that SPC and Eibach use. They are also moade stronger.

SPC and Eibach are exactly the same.

SPL Is definitely better, but the picture you posted indicates that the SPC arms were not installed properly. The adjustment section is supposed to be as close to center of the run as possible. As they look right now, that could have been part of the reason for failure.... slightly too far to the end of the run on one side. Might be minor, but it could have been a factor...

However since we're here, SPL is a higher quality but you will have to dig into your wallet more. Also, are you tracking your car? If you are then I highly suggest you go for SPL.

I ended up choosing SPC (mine came in a box with Eibach on it). After 2 weeks its been fine lol.. knock on wood. I'm only using my car as a DD and havent even pushed her over 100mph yet.

Since you're on KWv3 on a 1.5" drop I think you'll need front arms as well. Only SPC has these not SPL.

Thank you for this thread, in fact, I was almost choosing SPL based on this forum review. However, the local shop we have here, they are professional for the track days events, and they will help/guide you on your car preparation. They do recommend Eibach.
He told me that SPL is more expensive, and then he mentioned another brand which the first time I heard about, its called Hardrace, he said many drifters (drifting drivers) use this Hardrace and they have two options, hard rubber or spherical bearings you can choose and it is cheaper (little bit) than SPL.

BTW Hardrace is very famous and high quality in AU (Australia).

Hard race is popular in OZ bc it’s made in OZ. Easier to get local parts. Same reason all the OZ cars use MCR coilovers, it’s local. A you mentioned, it’s cheaper, and let’s just say a lot of drift cars are….built on a budget.

The difference between SPL and Eibach/SPC is that the others are rubber bushings rather than spherical normally, and even when equipped with spherical the SPL adjuster is superior. Without getting into the mechanics, it allows for easier adjustments ON CAR. Every alignment tech that’s uses SPL will tell you how much they appreciate the time and efforts savings.

So yeah, Spl is more expensive, but there’s a reason why.

Also, they never break. Just look at pictures of the stuff, you’ll see SPL stuff is thicker, if you want a simple eye test,

As Zero said, go SPL. Cut once/Cry once (The money spent initially will benefit you in the long run with alignments and peace of mind). There is a reason that a healthy portion of us run SPL.

No way,
But I need to sort-out my budget, because I have many things in the list:
Camber arms SPL
Racing seat
Front splitter
CAI from Z1
Bonnet vents from trackspec

I will be happy if you can sponsor some/all of them
