You can if you want to. Dozen ways to do this. You could drill 4 holes or 1 use all the sensors or 1 or none. Doesn't matter, easier to install a stand alone nipple and through the 4 sensors in the pipe.
Point is to pressurize all 4 sensors to get the dash light to go off. Or pull the dash apart and cut the light.  Also good write up by Baer383 Reset TPMS Warning By Yourself For FREE!!!.
