Yes. If you are using a locking lug that does not match the non-locking lug nuts, and one without a washer when the others have one, then the washerless locking lug is not seating on the rim properly; this affects torque values on the studs and hub, plus can damage your rim. If your dealer installed them, have your dealer replace them with the proper locking lugs.
