I don't believe your car is a factory freak. I think that that dyno needs some work.
Did this same person happen to run his car stock before mods? Any other mods besides just LTH, Gen 3 and FI CB? Like a tune/test pipes?

okay, so I'm a little slow; took me 12 hours to come up with this.
The dyno was a mustang dyno? That explains everything.

Sorry left out that it's a Nismo. I have the dyno graph. I'll get his permission to post it.

This would be pretty much the same with our dyno. The fully tuned cars with all the typical bolt on's and stock headers lay out around 315ish and only the long tube headers cars make over 320whp. Bone stock 370's make between 275-285whp depending on how much timing the ECU was able to advance to....

I'm assuming STD correction?

Trap speed.

As in, your trap speed at the end of the quarter mile shows your true horsepower better than an inflated/improperly configured dyno.
So yes, if I trapped 107mph, and you trapped say, 103mph we can deduce that my car makes more power.
It's not a hard concept, I just think you misread it..

Dyno numbers usually mean nothing unless you have a standard to compare to. It's a tuning tool, not a bragging tool.

To the OP: if other Z's make around that power on that dyno, I think you have nothing to worry about and should be happy

^^^ Huh. That's something all right. What was the actual SAE correction value?
