Default Issue: High to Max Water Temp and High to Max Fan Speed While Idling After Long Drive

Hey Guys,
I am having an issue with my Z ( 2010 7A Toruing ), I recently ( about 2-3 weeks ago ) replaced my OEM rad hoses to Samco rad hoses and of course the coolant.
But here is a problem I am encountering. After about an hour of driving ( I am not even driving it hard since the traffic is bad and heavy, and I am just driving my brother from my house to his workplace then back to my house ), when I have my car idling, the water temp will slowly going up and eventually reaches to the red zone ( yes I know it is bad and happened to me once ). Naturally I turn off my car and pop the hood to see what is going on. First thing that I have noticed is that my reservoir tank is sucked in, also before I shut off my engine I can clearly hear the fan on the rad is going at high speed if not full speed. So I went back to the shop and have it checked.
So the car was on the hoist, and removed the bottom panel. I can see there is a small pool of coolant sitting there and I think it was dripping from around the top rad hose. So I check the hoses and the hose clamps to make sure they are sitting at the right place and if they are lose, and yes they are at the right place and tightened. Next thing I checked if there is any air pocket inside the system, and yes there was a small air pocket in it and we did bleed the system.
However, after a week of driving ( the usual going to work and driving my brother to work ) the problem is back again! I am pretty frustrated right now I couldn't figure out what is going on with my Z!
Pretty much the same thing is happening and I am wondering if anyone can help me out with this!

Thanks in advanced!

I had the same thing happen to my Z after I picked up the car with the turbo kit. Can you hear the coolant traveling through the motor? Most likely, you still have air in the system even though you bled it. Try bleeding it again.

So my question is are there any leaks or possibly I stallation problem
Because it was originally my friend who helped me installed the hose and flushed the system, and we are guessing he made a mistake and left a big air pocket there
But I bled the system twice already, although the second time was much quicker because it wasn't a big pocket like the first time where we have to fill a lot of coolant in it.
Second time was much quicker and seems to filled up pretty quick and I got it done at a shop. There seems to be a very little dripping when engine stop and it looked like coolant to me.
So would bled it one more time help fixing the problem?

I had this problem with my gf's civic when we replaced her thermostat. Try letting the car idle for a few minutes like say 15-20 mins. The air will eventually work its way out of the cooling system, especially since you have already bled the system several times.BTW, there should be zero dripping of any coolant, I hope what you're seeing is the A/C system working.
