I had emailed him a few days ago (weekend) in regards to a previous tune. I decided to give Specialty Z a call during the weekday to get some pricing. A short wait with one of the representatives and Seb was on the phone. He took the time out of his day to speak to me and address my concerns.

*His email response time was way better than I expected. That is something important and clearly shows his advocacy for new/past clients.

Most importantly, he was honest, professional, and up front about Specialty Z's services. He even told me, he didn't want me to pay up front for a retune till we figured out what going on whether it be mechanical (car only has 39k miles/I'm pretty particular with maintenance)/tuning related.

After speaking about the tune itself, it clearly made sense that the motor had detonation. There is no way in hell that timing would be removed if there was no detonation? Am I right?

Thank you Seb/Specialty Z, looking forward to the remap!
Specialty Z is awesome.
