Got Upreved @ Specialty Z

Made the trek out to Chatsworth to get the Z tuned today by Seb @ Specialty Z.

Parts on the car: K&N drop ins, MAF tubes, Berk HFC, and Nismo exhaust (from stock Nismo).

Conditions: 83.90F, 29.05in-Hg, 24% humidity, STD 1.05

Baseline run: 295.01whp 238.09ft/lb

4th gear tuning run: 305.28whp 251.40ft/lb

5th gear 1:1 final run: 306.35whp 261.06ft/lb

Total gain: 11.34whp 22.97ft/lb

The car gained around 20whp and 20ft/lb in the mid range 5000-5500rpm.

According to Seb, I could gain another 10-15whp by switching out my Nismo exhaust to another one. The car felt great after the tune, it pulls harder and very responsive. The mid range was amazing. My butt dyno approves!

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Seb was professional, courteous, and the shop was clean! I would recommend Specialty Z.

But, I just wish they are closer...

Yes Greg and Seb are awesome. Was going to get stuff done to my z32 before it got totalled. I was going to drive out there from Texas, thats how good they are!!

Well guess Im going to have to drive the 370z out there now, darn
