What Racing Harness are you guys using?

Why did you choose your harness?
SPARCO 6 pt, driver and passenger
just like the way it looked, vs other
also got in red
Pros?
was just my personal choice vs looking at others.

Cons?
none, but make sure you leave in the regular seat belts, find it easier to use for
daily use. At times, the harness has to be placed out of the way, and it will nick up the
plastic interior a bit.

Also, I am not ready for a cage so what harness bar options are available?

If you plan on doing any track days, both you and the instructor needs the same seat belt/harness.

Also stay away from a 4 pt harness, got one for the passenger side and didn't like it and
had to replace it for track days with a 6 pt harness for 4 pts are not allowed.

I will be keeping the factory seat belts. I was leaning towards Sparco since I am getting some of their seats. I saw a cipher harness bar but the price on it (cheap) made me feel like my life was worth more than that lol. Both seats will have the same harness so I should be covered there.

Any thoughts on belt width? 2”, 3” or 3/2”?

is there a reason for this? I was planning to just do harness on driver side and passenger having 3 point seat belt

From what I understand it would be fine, but it kind of shows that you don’t care for the safety of the instructor as much as yourself. Could be wrong though
