I just wear my glasses inside my helmet? Put the helmet on first, then put the glasses on through the visor hole. The padding on the side of the helmet

I just wear my glasses inside my helmet? Put the helmet on first, then put the glasses on through the visor hole. The padding on the side of the helmet just holds it there.
