Speaking from my view, the spirit of the rules are to support the site with generosity and good will demonstrated from one members to another. At the end of the day, it is within the discretion of the person willing to give to whomever they wish but at the same time, non premium members should become one on the above noted supportive basis. After all taking while not giving anything back is not what this thread is about. I am confident members here will abide by the rules without need to be supervised.
