Ok my guy is on this now. Gathering information for him. He seems to think the RCMP will take this on but if not there are other avenues we could pursue. I'm going to get all of this together and give it to him and see what happens.

Edit: I've enlisted the help of a guy who tracks creeps like this down for a living and has a loooooong successful track record. He happens to be an admin on another forum that I moderate and as luck would have it, owns a 370z.
