I would think they do. I've heard of sellers getting screwed by dishonest buyers.

Reading more into the toptierimports thread:

"The address belongs to a Don Dmyterko

He passed away, (RIP) in 2011, had a Wife named Sandra, and two daughters Shawna ( Jon ) and Tina."

So apparently he lives with his girlfriend's mom.

And he goes by Kris Hope around town.

And he's on a trip to Mexico with his girlfriend Tina.

They call him Quaz (Quasimodo)

Yeap, I've been following up with other forums as well and it appears to be true. I have filed a dispute through paypal, and has contacted the rightful owner about this matter.

However, until this is resolved, I will not state any information regarding the scammer, the owner and any other info.

Surprisingly, the rightful owner is local.

I can make it to brandon NB in 21 hours and 20 mins according to map quest, so lets say 19 hours easy with gas and food

In my area people have been beaten, tied and left naked/in underwear out in the middle of the bush/cornfield for less...........and I am not joking it could have been for as little as a 1/4 of that kinda $$$
