I believe so too - horizontally opposed Boxster engine. Any know if it's dry sump (I'd imagine so)?

If no PDK, guess this is for the guys and gals who demand a third pedal??? Agree on the "pass".

Anyway, lookswise: love it, except for the seemingly immutable VW bug headlamps.

EDIT: I recant that last bit; they were clearly ripped off a still running MR-S. Okay then

At $100k I'd rather buy a Z06. The Porsche is $259.74, per HP loaded up. The vette is $153.74 per HP loaded up. The Porsche will be more balanced, the vette will be way more thrilling.

I've never been big on Porsche styling until recently. I really really like the current Cayman and this GT4 looks amazing! Hell I'd be plenty happy with the GTS

Track-only Porsche Cayman GT4 spied

From the article:
We are not sure of what to make of this but chances are this is a track-only version of the recently introduced Cayman GT4. The prototype was spotted undergoing some intense testing at the Monza circuit in Italy and it appears to adopt a lower suspension and rides on race-spec lightweight wheels wrapped around in racing slicks.
