This rendering probably makes the most sense of any I have seen to date. If you look at trends in these sorts of images and stuff from imagination to production, this would signify that we're getting very close to seeing something tangible.

The front bumper alone hides the "v-motion"-branded front, though they've tastefully subdued it. It's also got the "floating roof" touch to it a la Maxima and Murano. The rear quarter window is a sh!tshow. The wavy body lines from the Maxima/Rogue/Murano are there.

The openings in the front bumper would facilitate cooling to a pair of intercoolers, but that could be a bit of a pipe dream for most of us - but the glimmer of hope is there. The overall front seems to facilitate better airflow, which would serve to alleviate many design criticisms for hot oil and hot brakes.

I like the dark headlights (that were ripped from the 2016 Altima refresh moreso than the Maxima) and the Q50 Eau Rouge wheels are a nice touch to finish off the render.

Two big shows this fall. We'll see if anything comes of this.
