2014 Nismo with possible Synchro Ref issues in 5th gear

Now I noticed on my way home that sometimes even with a super slow upshift from 4th to 5th it WONT blip the throttle. Then sometimes when I upshift fast

Then sometimes when I upshift fast from 4th to 5th it'll still rev up an additional 500rpm
