Yes, and the worst thing is there's no instruction, so many people/installers have no idea what is the use of extra hardware.

Very simple steps as long as you have watched this video and have the proper tools.

Default TSB for 5th bow.
The TSB is very detailed but its not a simple install.
I would find a shop that works on convertibles to install it if you are not a good mechanic.
The instructions are very good, but there is some figuring out of routing of a few things that are not clear in the instructions.
I just finished mine and it completely eliminates the interference issue.
