Bungee Kit and then some

So the old kit is # 971F6-1ET0C

and the new kit is # 971F61ET2A

Which one will fix the problem? Would someone please shed some lights? Thanks.

The old bungee kit is no longer available replaced by the new TSB kit which is much more extensive and looks like a dealer install item.
