See update on original/first post. This is the correct 5th bow bungee kit, it is much more extensive then the kit it replaced.

The large bungees in that kit are way to long and as you can see from my first post it has a ton of unknown / unused parts. The only thing that appears correct is the very short bungees. So yes, it would appear that 5th Bow Bungee kit 971F6-1ET2A is not the correct kit. I just checked the packaging to verify that is the part # I received.
