You can also go to Edmunds.com - they also have accurate invoice prices, and they will also list what they estimate other buyers in your zip code area are actually paying (above or below invoice). The only inacuraccy that I have noticed is that they show the destination charge to be $720 instead of the current $695.

Edmunds can, of course, also be used to get invoice prices for any make or model.

If anyone wants a new 370z, and live in the S. Cali area, PM me. I know a place that's taking $2-3K off MSRP.

I think Nissan just upped their destination charge to $720.

This is correct, my final invoice price was a little higher than what I was expecting and noticed it said 720USD for destination. I just checked Nissanusa.com and it also says the same price, 720USD.

This change must be new because when I bought my car, my dealer papers matched 100% down to the last $ amount.

I have updated post one reflecting the change.

Hey peeps, just to let you know, I'm a former car salesman (new car dealerships). The 370Z is hot, it just came out. I highly doubt dealerships will be whoring these things out like the big 3 are with their cars. It seems as though people think a dealership isn't entitled to make money off these things...Uhhh, but they are. They're in business to do business, and if it wasn't so, they'd be out of business.

It's reasonable to pay below sticker, but not below invoice, nor to dig into holdback. I think dealerships are at least entitled to make the half way point between invoice and MSRP. A typical new car dealership spends about $400,000/month to keep its doors open. They're not making killings off you's.

No offense, we have already had one salesman through here, but dealerships are a business and have a right to make money. But, the dealership I bought from is getting Z's for 3% below invoice already from Nissan so selling at invoice is well within the margin of profit, hence why people are shooting for invoice. Now I agree that a dealership & customer should both be fair but as we can see from many threads here, invoice is the current fair-market value price for this car, currently.

If any of you are taking the form I made to the dealer, just take a quick second and copy/paste it to change the price of the destination fee.

Side note- nissan probably upped the fee because all of us were walking in and asking for invoice. lol j/k

Hey lemans, thanks for creating the doc. I went ahead and modified the destination (see attached). I've been using this at dealers I've gone to and the b.s. just disappears once they see I have the pricing. Luckily, no one noticed the outdated destination charge. I should be all set now. Thanks again.

lemans made a word doc chart from the information ak posted on the first page. i just updated it with the new destination charge and uploaded as a pdf. your dealer doesnt need to know where you got it. you and they both know the information is accurate and that's all that matters.

If you start digging the info is out there. Edmunds.com is a quick way to find out invoice pricing on any car. I put together the word document (which is now updated- thanks Jason)....it's from no official source, it just looks way more professional, imo.
