Do your calculations before heading to the dealership. Many consumers attempt to determine the dealer's "actual cost" for a vehicle and then "allow" for the dealer to make some profit. However, the invoice price is almost always higher than the amount the dealer actually ends up paying to the manufacturer. This results from a variety of discounts offered to the dealer that do not appear on the invoice. The two most common discounts are "dealer holdback" and "manufacturer-to-dealer cash" Nissan Holdback = 2% of the Total Invoice Good Luck! :) * Quote:

I pick up a Sport package model Wed. (3/4/2009) at $150 over invoice in northern NJ. I got White, Sport MT.
|
I am looking to get a Sport model, non Touring.
So I'm looking at a total invoice price of only $30,645? (Base 6-spd + Sport Package) Really?! |

Help me get a Z!
Does anyone have like a clean professional looking chart of the invoice price?
I'm looking for one to bring to the dealer so he know I done my research and etc. but I can't seem to find a good chart. I think I'm going to have to make one myself if anything. |
