I drove Pintsize's 7AT a few months ago when I was picking it up from a shop for her. It was a reminder that the paddle shifters in the Z really are fantastic. What bothered me the most was the throttle lag (not shift lag), which can be fixed with a tune.

Paddle shifter on gf's IS250 f sport

Obviously her car vs Z is not the same, but hey im not complaining
