Why is it that if you go to the Nissan site and price a 2015 Base coupe, the price is $29990 yet the dealer will never sell it to you

Why is it that if you go to the Nissan site and price a 2015 Base coupe, the price is $29990 yet the dealer will never sell it to you at that price, adding a lot of charges from door edges to destination or delivery scharges and on and on. Samething with Autotrader. Dealers list their 2014 at, say $29850 but when you actually go and ask the out of door price, it is significantly higher and includes all sorts of crappy add-ons?
