I looked at tons of aftermarket vents but I wanted it flush with no lip whatsoever so this was the only way I could do it.

And I scored a second hand hood for $40

Those vents aren't huge but you could roast a chicken with the heat that comes out of them.

Was thinking I'll start with something simple. Maybe hotdogs on a stick, like an urban campfire
