Dropped my Z off at a shop to get Z1 clutch, flywheel, clutchline, and Zspeed HD CSC installed.
Edit... Just got a call from the shop asking permission to destroy the stock shift knob because of the 12 gallons of thread lock used to install it. WHY NISSAN. Had to destroy the one on my 2011 to replaces the knob too. |

i'm waiting until spring. if the whole shift knob being destroyed happens i guess i'll go with an aftermarket one! :rofl2: |

Wrap knob (hehe) with half a roll of e-tape. Then wrap gaffers tape around e-tape until it's the size of a softball. Take a huge pipe wrench and clamp the stupid thing onto the softball shaped tape and lefty loosie that ball until you're shredding tape. Mine popped off after 5 minutes of wrapping and had enough loctite in it to seize an elephants bunghole. |

Just put these new center caps on today. They weren't made for these wheels so I had to do a little surgery on them first.

I started putting my Swift springs on but encountered a bolt that did not want to come off and I had no penetrating fluid. impact wrench didn't even work.
|
had same problem putting on FI exhaust...went to HD, got a Ryobi right angle grinder $29 + cutting blade and made SHORT work of that MF.
