This is actually true to a point. Sometimes it's fun to take a slow car and beat the living **** out of it and barely break the speed limit. It's the rental car paradox.

Sure, that's mostly because that's the only speed it can manage to do those things at, but that's totally beside the point! Life's all about the journey, it doesn't matter how quickly you get to where you going. Especially in a sports car! $30,000 well spent, IMO. |

Ironically as much as I am not a fan of Subi's or Toyota's... I freaking love the BRZ/FR-S. It's a nice light car, has a lot of potential, and with a nice turbo could make some impressive numbers I think. I compare it to a hard top Miata... and those things hold their own. I do think in 5-10 years they will be lill monsters at HDPE events. I mean... comon! ![]() And its not about how fast a car can get you around... its how fast you can get the car around... Once you figure that out, you appreciate other cars a lot more. ![]() But then again, this is coming from a guy who would like to drop Coilovers and a 5.0 into an old Mercury Zephyr station wagon... and *attempt* to troll around the track
