Sorry to hear that OP. But I am glad at least you are okay.
Regard to your last question... I had a similar accident during the hurricane Sandy. It was night, pouring and pitch dark. I drove under the speed limit. Hit a puddle. My Xterra lost control went off left lane and hit a car behind me. They charge me more than 50% at fault for the accident unfortunately... So be prepared for that. But I am going to the court next week. We will see if I can win the case. |
