The acceleration is a big difference. Where I feel the Z actually feels like it's struggling or working really hard, the Mustang and Corvettes do it effortlessly. A lot of it has to do with the vibration and feedback I feel in my Z compared to those cars. Glad you're happy with it though. That's all that matters. There is no better car, only what makes you happy. |

Models haven't changed all that much between the last two versions. Nor have American manufacturers in the last 30. So yea, I'll give my opinion based on plenty of exposure. I also see them every day. I know what the inside looks like. Enough to not have to touch it.

I think between the stang and camaro, The camaro is a little better... Not by much. The advantage of the mustang is the center dash computer thingy... But in looks. The mustang imho has the most annoying looking sports car dash out right now. It's so ugly that it's 35% of the dealbreaker, only because you have to chronically look at gauges while driving it. Dealbreaker number one is the sedanish seating position. Horrid. last would be steering feel.

![]() It would be ignorant to compare a Sport car to a GT car. The Z gives something the camaro can't and VICE VERSA Next time give an apples to apples comparo. |

Back on track... Z and 5.0. I love both. There are haters on both sides but that's life. I feel bad for them.

Nice writeup. I have the Base 2013 Gt for my daily driver. Almost got another 370z, but, like the OP said, for a daily driver, the mustang is just a bit more comfortable and not as low, even after lowering mine. I did eibach springs, 275/40-20s and front Brembo upgrade to mine, but all for looks.

Now why would you take the time to post something like that on our forum since it is not a mustang forum? duh! The fact is, you bought a FORD, it is a FORD. Give it a few years of ford reliability and then post another review not to mention how well it holds it value.. Welcome to the land of thousands and thousands of mustang owners out there... lol
