^ good choice! I have to say a GT-R though. I have had the pleasure of driving one all week and the more I drive it the better it gets.

Just bought a new 2013 (4 Cylinder) Honda Accord EX-L with Nav. Got the upgraded Honda wheels and spoiler. I needed a four door with good gas milage and reliability and this car fit the bill. Completely redesigned transmission and engine and 36+ miles per gallon. I'm keeping my Z and still drive it but it's nice to have another car for the longer drives.

Its hard to say which car i will get in next because of the next gen technology shift in cars. I'm hoping, mostly to be in the NEXT-GEN Z. If it ******* up and goes up the GT ladder instead of the sport ladder? Then it will be a rival performer to current cars like the 135i, and upcoming turbo4 328is coupe. I might get more out of the bimmer dollar for dollar as nissan pricing quickly escalates??? We'll see??? Bimmer reliability is still questionable though...
I want to modify an FI car. I miss my FD and NA gets stale after a while. Turbos are more fun & ALOT CHEAPER TO MOD. I'm also considering AWD. EVO WRX possibly a used GTR, or a camaro ZL1 and take 300lbs off it??? Or maybe a next gen mustang or camaro if they come with an FI option? IF Volvo's 451hp awd polestar comes out??? I may do that? Rumor has it the next infiniti G will be 3400lbs n FI???? May go back to infiniti???? I'm just hoping for the best with the Z but sadly expecting the worst... Lets see what they do next first before i decide??? |

My next car is probably going to be the GT-R, if they're still making it by the time I can get one (I'm talking 5-6 years). I'm kind of a nissan/infiniti fanboy; I've had one since I could drive. If I understand correctly and they take a break from making the GT-R (and I can't get a used one with low miles) I'll jump back to infiniti. A lot of things could change in 5 years, though...

I hadn't given it much thought until I read this thread.
I suppose it depends on how heavily I decide to mod the Z. If I decide to pull the trigger on a GTM TT and exhaust solution, the point will be moot for quite a long time. I'd be compelled to own the car a LONG time to justify that kind of expense. If I decide to just lightly mod the car with CAI/exhaust, I'll probably trade it for a Porsche Cayman R eventually. That $70k area is honestly the ceiling for me....I'm just not willing to spend more than that on a car. |
