Never underestimate those navy guys! He doesn't carry a cell coz he uses all the high tech stuff like Telegram, Radar, Sonar, GPS and so on. They can detect you picking up nose thousand miles away and send you a missile to stop you. You think they don't know how to get onto a forum?
