Ahhhhh....:tiphat::tiphat:

Refreshing to be on this thread...:tup:

I stopped by another thread and thought that I was on yahoo..I had to take a shower to get the urine off, haha..:stirthepot:

This thread, although Highjacked like an Airliner by Cuban's in the 1970's, is calm and cool..:rofl2::eek:

Remember our troops this weekend, this is why we have our freedom.. To post or drive or whatever..

I will try to post something about Z Cars with my madness, just to try to stay on the thread.

But I have nothing Z related to post ...

Pintsize725 05-27-2012 09:57 AM

Morning fellas! So we've got races today eh? Great, gives me something to watch while I clean. Will be taking the Z out to get washed tonight, I hope. There is that Spurs game though......

Enjoy your Sunday boys!

Hi guys. Happy Sunday  As a veteran I can appreciate the sacrifice our guys and gals are making to keep us free. :usa:

Fire 05-27-2012 10:45 AM

I think I wasted some good sleep waking up to watch the snore fest that is F1. F1 is  I hope the rest of the races have some passing :driving: I give the announcers props for trying to make the race interesting but they don't have much to work with. :icon23:

Thanks for your service. I am not a veteran, but am the son of one.

Fire 05-27-2012 11:14 AM

I know being the son of a servicemember is hard. From your fathers rank you must have spent alot of time traveling.

When he was an enlisted guy and then a junior officer, we travelled more than we did later. I was born in Japan and lived there two years. I did get to live in the same town, Coronado, for all of junior high and high school. Moving almost every year in elementary school was not a great deal of fun.

That track at Monaco is so tight. Passing is very tough to do..

The only fun would be to drive the track, even in just a sports car..

Now that would be fun..

Where in Japan? I was stationed at Iwakuni for 11 months.

On Tokyo bay -- there is a large US Navy base there.

Fire 05-27-2012 11:38 AM

Found it. You where NE of Iwakuni. Osaka is about in the middle of the two. I flew out of Osaka coming home.

Alchemy 05-27-2012 11:38 AM

Keep us posted...Hope the fix works and you don't have the problem again.

But if your car is sitting, it still looks great...

Fire 05-27-2012 11:41 AM

Never got to Tokyo. I did get to Mt Fugi. Me and another Marine tried to climb it but had a severe storm come over the mountain after was where 9/10ths of the way up. We knew it was time to go when we met a stream of Japanese people running down the mountain. :ugh2:

BTW I'm out of reps already :shakes head:

Fire 05-27-2012 12:01 PM

I have to say I like the look of the new Indycars. I'm still looking for the right car to put my ex-sprint car motor in. It is a 750hp, 370ci, 10,000 rpm SBC.

LunaZ 05-27-2012 12:13 PM

Moved it.
Quickly got some good laps around the lawn in on the option tyres before the rain came.
Actually, the rain ended up not coming before the end of the mowing session. I still won.
Put it back in the driveway.

Fire 05-27-2012 12:24 PM

Super softs eh? :icon18: Do you have a push to pass also??
