Hope it holds. If not will probably be much easier to install new gasket next time.

Good picture Mr.onzedge. I needed that. Not quite myself the last few days...

Ah you know, I got distracted and let go of my balloon. By time I realized what happened, it was too late. I had no choice but to watch it float away.

What a race at Indy...Now there was some racing...

Right to the end, no boring race at all...

I have yet to get off my butt and start cleaning. I couldn't miss that race!

Fire 05-27-2012 02:49 PM

Was the direct opposite of the F1 race. :driving:

No, I didn't think the job offer was going to o anywhere anyways. I'll be back to work in another month, I'm ready to shut my brain off and collect a nice pay cheque.

It was just my way of saying my problems are very minor in the grand scheme of things. Just having a few off days. Thanks you your concern brother

Good advice Bucket. Thanks for the reminder. You're absolutely right.

Hoping the NASCAR race will be exciting also.:ugh2:

Good advice Bucket. Thanks for the reminder. You're absolutely right.

You bet.. I love this site, and just want to be part of the team.. Just remember what you said about it being a minor problem..It may seem rough at the time, but in all honesty, if you had what I have, you wouldn't be around to see your Son grow up..

I truly am on borrowed time.. That is why you see me doing things big and fast, with the house and my Z/28, ect... I have to..

So we are all pulling for you. Although I am the newbie and can be somewhat of a Pompous A$$ sometimes with certain posters, I am the total opposite with people with kind hearts.

You seem to be one of the kind hearts.. Remember stress can kill. That is what put me on my death bed over 2 years ago..

You have way more to live for...Mini Gale, ect... So stay calm and roll with it.

Nascar is next..But I worry that Jimmy Johnson will just make it boring again..

But Indy was an emotional ride.. R.I.P. Dan Wheldon..A classy guy gone too early.

Is that a new Avatar of your Rear end Pint ?

I change my avatar more than I change my underwear.

I almost posted the Orangutan Picture for my avatar, but I don't want to get banned for indecent exposure...

Time to change my avatar.. No monkey butt's...

m4a1mustang 05-27-2012 03:05 PM

2 hours and change 'til the 600. 500 was a good race. Sato should have waited until turn 3 to make his move on Dario. Bonehead move into 1.

No doubt... Sato was really aggressive and could have won...

But experience won the race.. But really great race, and an emotional ending...

Ill be heading outside shortly to get back to wrestling with this last nut/stud standing in between me and a new exhaust gasket. Im praying the PB Blaster did its job. But I fear it didnt.

thanks, alchemy. yah, i did get some trial footage with the Hero2.
the headrest mount is pretty good, as expected, there was some minor vibration from the seatback. im going to use a strap to pull the seatback to the rear bar and try again tomorrow. :p the sound wasn't too bad using the built-in mic, actually. and wind noise wasn't much of an issue with the window about 1/4 open. :)

The F1 this morning was the most boring   so far... at one point I saw Raikkonen was clogging the tracking with 10 cars behind him, KERS and DRS is basically useless for this track because of the short straightaway...... maybe they need NOS specially for this track.... :icon17:

Okay.... Z related stuffs... I've been struggle to decide what is my next mod... I have 3 items in on my list so far

1) Exhaust (Budget $1000 to $1300 Max)
2) BBK ($4000ish?)
3) Smart Top: ($300)

I think it only looked boring from where we were sitting.
Considering that most of the guys ran a one stop strategy, doing a 30+ lap first stint on the option tyres is pretty amazing and dicey.
It was tense at the end with drizzle threatening to turn into rain and really shake things up in the last 8 laps. I think every approach to Mirabeau or the Nouvelle Chicane was a pins and needles moment!
