I think is sat on my knobs for like a week before getting around to putting them on. :)

Pretty good looking pics too, considering the low light situation.

Thanks bud. The install was a bit tricky cos it's not screw on like most of the other, but it works out nicely.

I like the feel of it too, a bit harder than the OEM thus more solid feel when shift.

Really want to try the clutch.... but the weather.... :shakes head:

BTW, I notice some squeaky noise from the clutch pedal after I remove the cltuch-spring, might need some WD-40.

Ouch!

Lucky for me that I only go through a tank every two weeks, it was much more brutal when I was going through a tank every 4 days :icon14:

Fast Intentions and Motordyne. Ever since I saw the ARK exhaust though, I just knew I wanted it. Glad you say it sounds nice! I haven't heard it in person, only sound clips which I'm told do it no justice.

happytheman 03-01-2012 06:28 AM

And no sound clip IMHO would prepare you for any exhaust, to be honest. :)

Even wearing my Mizuno's to the gym it wasn't bad. I am almost wondering if 2012 saw a clutch revision, as I remember bitching very loudly about how it felt in all of the <2011's I drove.

I was as well until I actually did it. Changing the spring didn't necessarily change the clutch engagement point much. But what it did do was make it feel much more consistent. The end result is a slightly stiffer clutch pedal that doesn't rebound against you on the way back up when you release the clutch. All in all it's a more enjoyable ride.

Drove my baby to work today. It's like getting a drug fix man. Feels sooooo good when you're doing it and it's all you can think about when you're not.

Drove by a school as the young kids were getting off the bus (had to stop for the bus) they were all checking the ride out from the sidewalk.

Helps my driving decision that I Have underground parking at home and at work :P

NIX....It is raining.....50% chance all day....First rains, a week old, half worn summer tires, and the Wife's New BABY...You do the math...

I did the math....Tried to use a calculator.....Everytime I ended up with NO way.

She can take the Truck today...

It does not have to be me who is out there going crazy....I see it all the time...Hot shot in a Pinto slidding through the intersection because they can't stop , because they are now burning tire for the first time because it is wet...

Wet is fun, but not the first week.....Mini Vinnie did not get this old being stupid...Well, ok, stupid but lucky...

Hello, mr.onzedge.

Mr.kenchan :tiphat:

hey kenchan, when I was taking off the clutch-helper-spring last night, it reminds me those shocks we use in R/C cars, of cause the size are completely different, but it just reminds me... those days... LOL :icon17:

Yes, the clutch-point is more obvious, I haven't has a chance to actually drive/try it, but it feels better, the only thing I have to get rid of now is the squeaky noise..... it occurs after I remove the spring.....:shakes head:
