I found the seats were more comfortable on my thighs if I raised up the rear of the bottom seat cushion as high as it would go so I was

I found the seats were more comfortable on my thighs if I raised up the rear of the bottom seat cushion as high as it would go so I was sitting on more of a flat surface.....instead of having the back of the bottom seat cushion lower than my thighs. This made a rather large difference in comfort for me, as the side bolsters don't bother me quite as much now...
