I think it's a percentage game. Same percentage of maroons just more of them since higher population. Cities are particularly bad. And, at any particular moment anybody can succumb to stupidity. Even relatively sedate people, when face to face with herculean stupid. It's equal opportunity. But even I think smacking a car with your truck so I can park is over the top a long way.

slamming on to another car on purpose is definitely crossing the line. What he probably didnt count on was the security camera that caught his little act

And the trend continues... took up 4 spots in a small parking area outside of Olmos Pharmacy (really a diner) in San Antonio.
