Anyone having a problem with their driver seat moving around with aggressive driving?

I have same problem with my base model (non SP). To me it seems like a problem with the seat locking in after adjustment. Is it only me or does

To me it seems like a problem with the seat locking in after adjustment. Is it only me or does it seem like the adjustment mechanism is really flimsy. I also have a strange creak coming from the back. I haven't placed it yet, but think it's coming from my passenger side tailight assembly.
