Anyone having a problem with their driver seat moving around with aggressive driving?

I had one of my techs help me look at it and it looks like there is a problem with the seat frame. Everything that can be tightened is tight, but there seems to be movement inside the track at the foot (right front). I let them know that but all they said was they tightened it!! I know that couldn't have happened since we already did that. I think the seat frame needs replacing or there is a shim missing at the foot! Just curious if anyone else is having a problem!

BTW: The passenger seat doesn't budge at all!!

Thanks!! :driving:

I haven't experienced this.

What model you guys have? Base or Touring? Because the seats are different and I'm wondering if it's specific to one seat vs. the other.

My interior would be "Base" since all I wanted was the Sport Package!! I will say that the seat frame is pretty cheap looking compared to the '08 TT I traded in...of course that had Napa Leather power seats!
I'll be bringing it back since I only have 900 miles on the clock!

I have Touring. So depending on what zZZzzZZZZZZ has, perhaps we've stumbled upon a problem with the seats in the Base model?

Mine are good.

Base is not suede; it has a non-slip grippy frabric, which looks pretty nice for cloth.

Sport/Touring and no problems.

I too have this problem. I have the base model with sport package. It happens when you make a quick left then right turn or vice versa. Annoying, but I shouldn't complain since I have done nothing to address the issue.

I'm beginning to see a pattern here. Touring model seats = no problem. Base model seats = problem.
