My dealer replaced "the whole frame" and while it seemed to be fine, after a week or so, it's back.....so no joy. Service Mgr is calling Nissan and is supposed

Service Mgr is calling Nissan and is supposed to get back with me. On the DIY fix, has anyone confirmed if just the lock washers outlined in "seat fix" works or do you also need that flat bar?
