It seems to me when you change the oil there are three possible scenarios that could cause this problem: 1) the drain plug fell out; 2) the oil filter was installed wrong (old gasket was still attached, etc.) 3) the oil fill cap wasn't put back on (although I don't think all the oil could escaped that way). Any of these problems would leave oil all over the place. Very curious in what they find.
