[QUOTE=FromG2Z;1133868]Ken, basically, ANY DSLR you will get is LIGHT YEARS more advanced than any camera you have used in the past. The pictures will be clearer, crisper, and will give you more flexibility for editing. And when I say ANY DSLR, I mean ANY brand, and any model within that brand.

Just take a look at them and pick out one that suits you and your budget. The HD video feature I wouldn't use as a determining feature. I'd rather use (which I have) a dedicated HD video cam for that. I want my DSLR to just be that, a great-picture-taking camera. Just my :twocents:

I totally agree any DSLR will be 10x better than any regular cam. I was just throwing the HD video thing out there, I never use it on my D90.

My test pipes are coming in today. Looks like a beautiful holliday weekend ahead, install set for Sunday.

Better than green!!! Lol I read your other post the headlights might make a big difference. They're not all yellow right just around the lens and stuff?

on to topic... did nothing with Zena today. Might have a car meet tonight, so will wash her and put CG 50/50 on her as an LSP tonight...

gotcha.. yah, im not real sure if im going to be taking vids and also agree that i dont need to overkill myself pretending i know how to work a camera. :D anyway i'll take a look in more detail (and wat's on sale) when im ready to take the step. i still need to get the rear lip CF bit first. :p

TR confirmed they can probably ship out my replacement rear weds/DW tomorrow. :p but wont arrive until Tues due to memorial day. :( oh well. that's life take it as it comes. :crying: :rofl2:

Not a hater!

Just looks retard and incomplete

Fire 05-26-2011 01:36 PM

Wow king for not being a hater you are pretty harsh. Anyhow to each his own. I agree about the brakes, need them powder coated or something. Econ the question is do you like the color combo? I have had people with negative comments on my flat black on red here but I get nothing but compliments from people that see it in person. Plus I did win first place for my modded Z at a national show.:ughdance:

Kingbaby 05-26-2011 01:53 PM

I rather not pump up someones head.

I'm sure when it's done it well look awesome, but right now a tad silly...

i've had these wheels on the car for all of 14 hours, so i cant really say whether i love it. It takes some getting used to, and like others have said it will look more complete when the headlights are done and the spacers come in.

overall i am happy with it. and hey it cost me $120 for dis-mount.paint.mount.balance

and if i end up getting tired of it, i can have them redone for a similiar price

chops 05-26-2011 03:05 PM

Cruised down to the beach for the holiday weekend.

:driving:

happytheman 05-26-2011 04:45 PM

Rinsed my wheel wells, tires and undercarriage as best as I could an hour or so before heading out to work this am. Auto vehicle accident detour forced me to travel a rutted, rock-strewn dirt road....which I traveled at <20mph much to my tailgater's chagrin.

Dirt Roads FTMFL!:ugh2:

kenchan 05-26-2011 04:50 PM

Seriously?

I know some of the lips (Ken's for one) requires the removal of that item....so...does that mean that his car may not perform as well??

Hm. I haven't really seen any that required modifying those flaps.I personally wouldn't install one that required that...though I can't see why one would require you to.

kenchan 05-26-2011 10:34 PM

you dont need to remove them if you want to keep it on. i removed them because aesthetically i didnt like the flap hanging behind the splitter.
