Modification- What did I do with my Z yesterday?
Took the wife out to dinner. We took the "back way" home through the old country roads I used to run as a teenager. The air was filled with the smell of cornfields. Temp- 74! Humidity- non-existent! Skies- clear and glowing orange on the horizon for sunset! Top- DOWN!!! Roads- clear (well, except for one large doe standing in my lane) No worries though, plenty of time to brake and let her scurry off over the roadside ditch. Anyway, it was quite a spirited drive that my wife (who is the best sport ever, btw) prefaced with "just don't kill us, I have stuff I still want to do." Swift springs rock, the alignment feels perfect, and I love the Hancook V12s! Another successful romp... not tickets and no body damage! Clutch spring inquiries are ongoing. I will let you all know if I can work something out... or if I can't. Quote:

I had no plans to drive my Z today as I only have one day off then back to work tomorrow. However, I have seen three 350's and two 370's already this morning. The universe is trying to tell me something. I am going thru a bit of Z withdrawal because I've not gotten much seat time in the last month. Too busy working on my house.
I think Ill be able to find an hour to disappear. :D |
98- damn, that's a beefy tube and intercooler.

hahaha. i felt the same way a couple of weeks ago. :icon17: i was too busy taking care of my family + weather was just :ugh2: hi beach! |
Finally got to drive her after 1 week, was in Florida on vacation
Wish I had the Z out there, the roads are amazing. Brought back an Injen Intake and have springs to install, hopefully within the next week |
MY car is at the spa today getting the star treatment. Fluff, puff and wind deflector tint. You guys have to stop posting plasti dip posts. I have to do my emblems, door handles and rims. The flat black look is going to be finished. I'm hoping to do everything Fri and let it sit all weekend before peeling off the overspray. I have to work all weekend so it won't be a problem letting it sit. Expect pics on Monday. :worship::worthless::rock:

Quote:
Good idea def let it sit, should aid in removal of masking. Take your time itll be worth it. Good luck! |

Not too much from me this week. I slammed at work and outside of work. Last kid leaves the nest next week and we are trying to get everything ready for that. I should have some pics from C&C this weekend though. Quote:
Look forward to them! It's gonna look great on your car!! |
